Barça Ready for First Match at Partially Completed Camp Nou over the weekend

Barcelona have announced their first game will take place at the renovated but unfinished Camp Nou over the weekend. The club will host Athletic Bilbao in La Liga over two years following their departure for construction to commence.

“We’ve dreamed about the return. Now, it’s here. We’re back home. Back at Spotify Camp Nou.”

Not all seats will be available though over 45,000 attendees can be present as per the current authorization. After final construction, the Camp Nou is due to hold close to 105,000 fans, up from the previous 99,000. Barça announced finished work included a new players’ tunnel and new dressing rooms.
